CLOSING STATEMENTS

SETH: I'd like to employ everyone on this panel in my cabinet because I respect them all. I'm running to have a voice for teachers. The city says, don't be creative. Here's a script. That's not the way we should treat teachers. This isn't a business. We're creating active independent learners. You have to work with the teachers. Those are the people that WANT to be doing that. Who teaches to make a profit? No one. Most people do it to try to help people. Educationparty.org is my website. We need more signatures. Please sign my petition. We need more voices and more choices. Thank you.

CHRIS BRODEUR: Three points - whatever it takes, we have to get rid of Mike Bloomberg. I'd even vote for Ferrer. The media won't tell you half of Bloomberg's scandals. I tell you on my website some of his scandals. Bloomberg got accused of contempt of court and used tax dollars to pay the lawsuits.

Thomas Jefferson said, "You people will not fight back and govt. will rape you for the rest of your lives." I'm leaving this city after the election. I don't expect to win. When people hear me debate, they know I'm superior to all the candidates in office. They see that those people are empty suits. The media is lying. I'm running to raise issues. Does anyone know Bloomberg's program to reform the MTA? No! Because he doesn't have one! Vote for me, or kiss your city goodbye.

TIO: Thank you for organizing this forum. I decided to run because it's a better way to raise issues than just raising letters. In my neighborhood, it took us four years to move a bus stop. To go to work from my house, it takes 2 hours, using public transportation. I have to pollute much more just to go to work, because I use a motorcycle. Something is not right. I realize something is wrong. I asked people why they aren't feeling that pain. They told me politics are in the bathroom. That's a spanish statement, I guess it doesn't translate. I hope to bring green issues - democracy, economical justice, and other issues to the forefront and help bring change one step further.

BROMOWITZ: NYC is my laboratory, my life, I've taught in public schools. I'd like to see communities improve, people using the city as a second home should pay through the nose. I'd like to see 91% tax bracket for the rich again. The money is out there and can be used for these services. I wouldn't use it like we did on June 14th to arrest the community. I would provide police who live in the communities with a housing assingment. I'd improve class sizes and double teachers salaries. What happened recently with test scores? They improved, because they lowered the passing rates. Some principles are getting 77,000 bonuses due to that. I'd consult every neighborhood in the city and find where the need is the greatest, and then provide that.

ANDY: When I first started running, everyone said, Hey, isn't that a stupid idea? And I said, yes. But I decided this was not a stupid idea, this is a great idea. And I've never felt stronger about that. We are all in agreement for affordable housing, education, giving people a voice in government. This forum speaks for the fact that the people of NYC are not being listened to. If any of us can learn for this, vote for whoever you think is best. Let's look at how to build collaborative ways of working together. There are more of us than there are of them, and if we start working together, we can create change and take back New York for New Yorkers.

CHRIS RIGGS: I just would like to thank everyone for coming down. I'd like to thank the Tank for throwing the show. Nov. 12th, vote for Chris Riggs. I mean, Nov. 8th. There's always the AK 47 option, but I didn't say that.

AUDREY: One thing I said to the city panel is, Bloomberg comes in here, and he's not even a Mets fan. So they said, He's a Yankees fan? Under his shirt, he's got this Boston Redsox shirt. He's trying to see us as a product to sell to others. He wants his clients to come to NYC and see how much fun we're having, which we're not. We're great believers in personal responsibility. You depend on yourself to get to where you can to achieve things. Don't rely on government. They do things for your own good that aren't in your best interest, they're in their own. Emminent domain is bs. Bars are private property.

How can we help a 100 year old subway system without public investors?

CHRIS RIGGS: People should just take the trains. We need more trains. This is the best train in any country. I don't want to be leaving a train station at 3 am with no one in the train station, let alone a pregnant woman or kid. We need more trains and should bring trolleys back, too.

BROMOWITZ: We had trolleys that were dismantled because the water and oil companies got together to bring cars into the city and super profits for the oil companies. We have to build energy efficient transportation. NYC riders pay more than any other transit system in the country. The fare should be reduced. More taxes should be placed on cars. We could solve problems that way. There are hundreds of unqualified bureaucrats at the MTA, and should be fired just because of the statement about it taking five years to fix the A train. There is corruption beyond belief.

AUDREY: Govt. should be running a lot of things - most things. Transit could easily be privatized, and let them bid to provide that service. Bidding saves taxpayers millions of dollars. That could help to reduce the fare. Privatization means giving the consumer the best for their money. Privatization is always going to be better for us. If we kept our money in our own pocket and spent it on things we normally consume, we should pay for our needs. If someone wants a yacht, they'll pay the taxes on that yacht.

Next Question: It's been ten years since welfare reform took place in NYC. What do you say about this?

CHRIS BRODEUR: I went into the job training programs under cover last year as an investigative reporter. I walked in, asked for a job, they said they don't do that here. You can't give people 50 billion dollars and say spend it wisely! They had people sitting in a room doing nothing. They had rooms full of computers, wouldn't let us even get on them. We did nothing all day long! On voting: We have to give immigrants the right to vote or slash their taxes. Otherwise, this is no longer America.

TIO: Basic income guarantee is to replace the welfare and put it into a single thing that will give a basic income to people who can not get it. They will replace all the programs that check that you have a job and other programs that end up being a revolving circle. Basic income guarantee is the best way to help people rise above the poverty level without fearing losing income because they are working.

ANDY: I think the B.I.G. is a great idea. They shouldn't just look at welfare issues, they should look at affordable housing, bad education, and more. We have to address those, and the government doesn't have any committment to the people and their problems. We need to give people a voice in government.

CHRIS BRODEUR: Welfare doesn't work. You can't give people a paycheck to sit down. Giuliani put people in orange vests and made them pick up garbage to humiliate them. It was a PR stunt. Everything Giuliani did was a PR stunt.

BROMOWITZ: In the 60s, we talked about leisure time. We have a total imbalance in a stressed out society. We have to combine approaches to all these programs and develop a coherent solution.

REPEAL ROCKEFELLER DRUG LAWS?

BROMOWITZ: 200 black men were rounded up, because a police officer shot himself in the leg in a marijuana bust that went awry. We should legalize marijuana. Here we have a sitation where I would certainly repeal the rockefeller drug laws, because we have the largest prison pop in the world. Everything is going downhill. We have to get back the assets that were stolen.

ANDY HOROWITZ: It's unjust and it's wrong, and we shouldn't fund it anymore.

CHRIS BRODEUR: Guess where most people get their guns? Prohibition. The only reason teens have guns is because of the prohibition of guns. They are armed because of our governments stupid actions. We legalize pot, we save millions of dollars. The media doesn't want to talk about problems. Who in NY doesn't want to save billions of dollars? The media only wants you to know about Ferrer's poll numbers. See my free subway plan. The Staten Island Ferry is free. Village Voice is free. They used to cost money. Now they don't. Privatization is a lie. When you hear the word Privatization, think scam. It's a lie.

AUDREY: I'm not willing to believe because you are a corporation, you're evil. It's not across the board corporations are evil. As part of the financing of the war on drugs, as an ex-NY police officer - in most of my years on the job, I found it to be a waste of your taxpayer dollars. Police attention should be going to other crimes. I don't believe if drugs are legal, drugs will be all over the street. Cigarettes - Bloomberg increased the taxes, creating a black market and turf wars, and kids can get cigs easily on the street.

SETH: I want to educate our students about our laws. One day of the year we should teach our students what our laws are, the way we educate them once a year about AIDS. Make sure to smoke in their homes. If you're in jail for marijuana and you're next to someone who's killed someone, that is an embarrassment.

TIO: I think we should repeal the rockefeller laws and use the money towards education. We can teach them to not use drugs in school.

CHRIS RIGGS: I think we should seriously do everything possible to keep kids off drugs. If kids are on drugs, they will buy guns. You have to tell kids EVERY DAY to not do drugs, not just once a year. Every time someone goes to jail, someone's making money. We have 2.5 million people in prison, and half are in there because of drugs.
We have to get those people off of drugs! Not put them in jail, where they can get drugs anyway! We can't have kids on drugs. They're crazy already, without drugs. I smoke a joint now and then, but I don't inhale.

Question: Immigrants are unable to vote...what will you do to fix it?

TIO: I suggest they allow residents to vote. They pay their taxes, so they should be allowed to vote. I support this measure. Quickly, I'd like to talk about affordable housing. I haven't heard about transportation. If it takes too long to get from home to work, that doesn't help affordable housing. Force MTA to use the LIRR and Metronorth and let them use both within the city limits. Now, from Bronx to midtown is three stops.

ANDY: I think in principle it sounds like a good idea. There are privileges associated with citizenship and it is important to strike a balance. It's important on a federal level now, too. I would say, it's worth looking into, but not lightly.

AUDREY: I agree, but I'd take it a step further. When you come here, people see America as the land of opportunity. Why wouldn't you strive to become a full citizen? Why not become a legal candidate? Voting should be a reward for those who take the appropriate steps to become a citizen. Take the test, study, go in front of a judge. Why let them linger as a legal resident, but not a citizen?

TIO REBUT: Well, legal resident happen to serve in the military, so they're ready to vote. The second part is that certain citizens don't get the full array of other countries. Like, we don't get universal healthcare in the US.

ANDY REBUT: I have to be honest, that is informative to me. I just don't know enough about it. It's a zenophobic approach of opening the boat to anybody, and how you balance it all while making sure there are privileges.

AUDREY REBUT: These people should be given the privilege to healthcare? Go through the appropriate steps. There are many people who are waiting in line in their country to do it the legal way because these other immigrants aren't going about it the right way. We will collapse under that burden if we allow it to go on.

BROMOWITZ intro, next series of questions

BROMOWITZ wants to get rid of cars and put more trains around. Cars are carcinogens. The asthma rates are high, cars will eventually bring down the economy.

QUESTION: Audience: If you could say one thing to Bloomberg, what would it be?

CHRIS RIGGS: Fuck you!

TIO: I would ask him to come up to 137th street and enjoy a nice basketball game with the dumpster and the smell coming out. I'd ask him to look at that and say, did you fix problems? We don't have any trees up there, either.

BROMOWITZ: Affordable housing - nothing has been done on this issue. Politicians are downloading child porn, etc. under Giuliani. People's space is being invaded by landlords. No landlord increases until they open their books. Same for the MTA.

ANDY: I'm not as angry at Bloomberg, but I happen to know he gives to a lot of good causes. I'd ask him when he plans to start caring about the people of NY instead of giving perks and cozying up to big business friends.

CHRIS BRODEUR: A million things, but simple one: He's spent his whole life naming things after himself. If you care about your legacy, then start listening to the people you swore to serve. Come to forums. He won't go to any forums. He doesn't care what the people have to say. That's no way to create a legacy.

CHRIS RIGGS: Basically, if you look at Bloomberg and all his friends, a lot of them are heavy real estate investors, and they aren't building affordable housing. There will be no affordable housing in NYC, period. That's why you've got to shoot his ass.

Next Question: There is an affordable housing shortage. The neighborhoods usually don't want it, though. How do you provide it while keeping in mind the problems that could arise?

CHRIS BRODEUR: All the proceeds from Battery Park City was supposed to go to affordable housing. Dinkins and Giuliani took that money to fix their shoddy books. We don't have affordable housing, because people say it doesn't work. Funny, Giuliani snuck his friends into Sty Town for affordable housing in the front of the waiting list. Go to Sty Town and look for yourself. It's another lie. Go to my website and read my details on 100 innovations. You've heard about inclusionary zoning. Give a developer tax breaks, they'll give affordable housing. After ten years, those rates go up. They're using your money to build fancy condos.

BROMOWITZ: There is a big defecit in affordable housing. There are hundreds of millions of dollars for stadiums. Where did that money come from? I'd use that for affordable housing. Now they're trying to do this in Brooklyn. No one seems to be protesting. There is affordable housing everywhere. We can build nice housing. We can build small scale housing. This can be done and it should be done, but the money is being spent to pay off developers.

CHRIS RIGGS: There are out of work carpenters and contractors who can build! The Trade Towers haven't even been rebuilt yet! Just start building everywhere in NYC! There are 8 million people here. After 9/11 more people moved here. Now, the rents are all skyrocketing and everyone is leaving. Everyone is like, what the fuck? They're working as a waiter, then they have to pay their landlord $8000 a month. We gotta build. Anybody who can build, seriously should be building. Right now, the real estate market is so tight! They don't want more apartments. That will loosen it up.

CHRIS BRODEUR: There's no affordable housing crisis, there's only corrupt government. Did you know Guiliani and Bloomberg warehoused 5000 empty apartments? They are empty. They say they're renovating housing for the handicapped. They're lying. It's a total lie.

BROMOWITZ: You can provide affordable housing, as long as the people are involved in deciding. Police should live in their community. Contractors and police come from outside communities.

NEXT QUESTION:

Three candidates get to answer a question, then three get to answer another question.

The next question: NYC Economy has rebound, but there is still high joblessness. How can we fix this?

ANDY: I don't have an immediate quick term solution, it's tied in with affordable housing as well. We send a lot of jobs to third world countries. We should get broadband internet access in people's houses and join that with job training, especially for working mothers who need help. We can give them the jobs we outsource.
The job market requires internet access.

CHRIS RIGGS: Yeah, I mean, out of the hundreds of thousands of people I've spoken to, jobs are the number one thing. Yeah, the economy has rebound, but that's only for the top 1% of the country. If you own 10 million dollars of real estate, it's now worth 30 million dollars. But if you don't own anything, you're not seeing that. If you want a job making something, move to China. Where's the tallest building in the world? It's in China! They don't make anything in NYC! The entire economy here is built around moving a pile of papers from here to here. I'd recommend people try to get a job at Wall Street moving papers around. You can make a lot of money and it's fun. I've done it. 60% of our money is in the stock market.

SETH: Jobs are becoming obsolete faster and faster. We need to help students learn to learn with interesting curriculum. How about a place people can go to find jobs? Government should be about helping people find jobs. Monster.com provides jobs. The city should do that in a citywide forum, not in separate newspapers. New businesses - also, no taxes for the first five years. That's how we create jobs and help the city. But it's gotta start with education.

CHRIS RIGGS rebuttal: You need money to start a business. The people who need jobs don't have money. So, how are they going to start a business?

SETH: We give interest free loans to the Yankees. Can't we do that for New Yorkers? That's where the loans should be going.

SECOND QUESTION: More than 200,000 people between ages 16 and 24 with no jobs who aren't working in NYC. Besides focusing on improving public education, what can we do to fix the problem?

AUDREY: I agree in part with what Seth says. It starts at the educational level how you're going to proceed in your life. I find that once children have learned how to write and read at a basic level, some are not academically inclined after that. That causes a lot of disruption in class. The teacher needs to use extra attention to quiet those students down. When they get to highschool age, offer them a chance to go into a vocational track, where they can do training in any field that will make them a productive member of society. That way, they can come out of school with a skill and not be a burden to us.

CHRIS BRODEUR: Apologized for drinking his free beer the Tank offered him. We all learned more in the real world than we did in school. Here's one of my hundreds of proposals that saves billions: I want to put kids out of highschool and put them into internships. They learn in the real world. Most of my proposals are very comprehensive. 14 year olds hanging out with 14 year olds doesn't work. It stunts them emotionally. It doesn't work. There's no shortage of money. Bloomberg pays Ed Schuyler $176,000 per year to lie to you. I propose a $60,000 cap on all government jobs. If you don't like it, go work in the private sector.

SETH: About Internships: I have 20 students who want to do internships. It costs a lot of money. Are they being abused? Are they getting coffee? Unless you are in the schools, you don't know what goes on in the classroom and you don't know what it takes to fix what is wrong with the schools? Where are these kids? Are they in a gang? Are they smoking marijuana? I want to legalize marijuana. Second, I want to be a leader and a role model for the 1 million students in the city and the young people who aren't students in the city. Unlike the president who can't talk to his enemies, we can talk to gangs. I have talked to gangs and worked with them before. They want to be talked to, they need to be talked to. We can all get along.

AUDREY REBUT: Seth understands things from the point of view of a teacher. (New candidate joins the forum.) I don't know if we can talk to gangs or not, but marijuana is a problem.

CHRIS BRODEUR REBUT: The war on drugs stole a billion tax dollars and accomplished nothing. He's arresting everyone for smoking but smoked pot. It's hypocracy. If politicians are hypocritical, they should go to jail.

SETH REBUT: I want to be a leader and a role model to these students. I want to help them learn something. Maybe not science or social studies, but there must be something you want to learn, and you can find out why. We can impart this info and succeed.

We've been joined by Tony Bramawitz.

FIRST QUESTION: What do you hope to accomplish as a longshot candidate?

These responses are mostly quoted, but I'm missing some words as I'm typing fast!

ANDY: I'm not expecting to win. I think that the whole reason I started campaigning is because I feel that average people don't have a voice in government. (Chris Riggs got up to take a cell phone call in the middle of Andy's question.) I've been going out and meeting people, and that is concrete. I've been documenting going out and talking to people, so there is some concrete evidence, but there is also the experience of it and I'm trying to share the real reasons why people don't have access to government.

AUDREY: I've had a good repoir with the media due to my anti-smoking protest. It's a larger problem that we don't want to grow and fester. An example of my accomplishment was a lawsuit against the city and the smoking ban. Unfortunately, the court ruled against me in the end, and we disagreed with his ruling, but I've gone to Albany, I've held private meetings with Gifford Miller, Christine Quinn and others, so they all know me and recognize me. At least I'm accomplishing getting attention that some of the third party candidates don't get.

CHRIS RIGGS: What was the question again? (He is reinformed). I want to start a revolution in the city. What a lot of people forget is that this country was created with a revolution. Fuck Bloomberg, seriously. I'm glad I'm a longshot. I am ready to start shooting mother fuckers. Seriously! Seriously! That's the way politics were done 200 years ago, when the English were here taking our money. We put caps in their asses! I'll call up the Columbians and the Italians. Bush was here for two minutes flying around in a helicopter. I was going to buy a rocket launcher from the Iraqis or something!

AUDIENCE QUESTION: How would you create relief to artists so they can afford the cost of living while creating art?

SETH: Art is very important. I would increase education at the school level. Music is an art, we don't have a music teacher. I talked to an artist on the subway who has no insurance. How can you live like this? We need a comprehensive program to help artists who are working as waiters and waitresses and jobs that don't cover health insurance. We'd like to see housing combined into a self-sustained community. It will help small businesses. If people get benefits from shopping in the commercial stores in the community, maybe they could have health insurance that way.

TIO: The Green Party has two ideas. The first one is the universal health care to help any person to be able to have decent health. The second plan is called Basic Income Guaranteed. Basically it helps anyone who is struggling to have minimum wage with survival. They would be able to get the minimum to be able to survive.

CHRIS BRODEUR: I have more comprehensive programs than you can imagine. NYC spends 115 million dollars in the program, and that's ridiculous. Artists don't get any money. Gov gives money to The Met. They don't need the money. Your tax dollars are funding art, but not really. Go to my website, see 100 innovations, I get into details about affordable housing. Example: You don't know the reason they created cities was to lower the cost of expenses. Con Ed needs 200 miles of cable in the country. In the city, they need two feet. So why is everything cheaper in the country? You've been railroaded your whole life! Big business is ripping you off!

Tank Independent Candidates' Mayoral Forum

Think Different Forum, Leftover Candidates Forum:

I am live blogging from The Independent Candidates' Mayoral Forum. It's taking place at the Tank in Exile at 208 W. 37th Street.

Tracy McMillan from City Limits and Jarret Murphy of the Village Voice are moderating the event.

This event was made possible and coordinated by Justin Krebs, Campaign Manager of Parks 1, and he is also involved with ownership of the Tank Theater.

One question I'd like to ask, is, "Who smells like steak sandwiches?"

Here today is Seth Blum, education party, Christopher Brodeur, democrat, Tio Chino of the Green Party, Andy Horowitz of the Blog Party, Chris Riggs of the Green Party, and Audrey Silks, a libertarian.

OPENING STATEMENTS:
Seth Blum is a teacher who hates Bloomberg.

Chris Brodeur started off cussing, and that's because he's angry. He doesn't want us to have to choose between one jerk and another jerk. So, he wants us to choose us. He also went over his time. He swore twice in his opening statement. Is that points for or against him?

Tio Chino is the most professional "looking" guy in the bunch, with nice glasses and a suit and tie. (Seth also had a suit and tie on but looks more playful in them.)

Andy Horowitz is running in the Blog Party, and is a writer, performer and cultural activist. He wants to use the power of the blog to help creat access to government for citizens.

Chris Riggs decided to start running for mayor because he saw a lunch program cut from a school program. It angered him, and he decided to do something about it - like, run for mayor. He also wants to end the war. He thinks this country needs a "fucking revolution." He said fucking like, four times. He's the only other one who swore. Chris Brodeur is going to have some stiff competition!

Audrey Silk is a very petite woman with problems with the government shoving their opinions and beliefs down our throats.

ARREST BLOOMBERG

Yesterday, we attended the Time's Up! bicycle rider's rally in Union Square. Norman Seigel spoke, along with Reverend Billy and the Stop Shopping Choir and other activists. We handed out tons of literature about Christopher's campaign calling for Bloomberg's arrest.

On June 7th, the process to collect signatures to put Christopher on the ballot begins. We need volunteers. If you are a registered democrat (who is also registered with the Board of Elections at your current address) and are willing to give as much or as little of your time as you can, even just one or two hours, we need people to man tables and walk around the parks on a sunny day, collecting signatures.

If you are interested, please email mayorbrodeur@yahoo.com.

Click here to read an article from the NY Times about fringe politics.

Christopher is considered a "fringe" candidate, though his ideas are about as mainstream as you can get - who doesn't want free subways? Is that a "fringe" idea? Who doesn't want single payer phone services? (This means you won't get a phone bill every month, just like you don't get a bill for the fire department every month - the government pays for that service.)

1.
NORMAN SIEGEL CALLS DFNYC A "MOCKERY OF DEMOCRACY"

Several weeks ago, Civil Rights legend and Public
Advocate candidate NORMAN SIEGEL received 86% of the
Vote to win the endorsement of a fake HOWARD DEAN
splinter group called "Democracy For NYC" (DFNYC.org).

Last week, however, Norman said this group was a
"mockery of democracy" for BANNING the ONLY reform
mayoral candidate (and the ONLY smart and
comprehensive candidate) from participating in their
"democratic" forum.

And we have it on videotape.

(He said this days before the banning, when asked on
camera what he thinks about all the "democratic"
groups who refuse to allow the FIFTH Democrat from
speaking at forums or debates, b/c Norman knows CXB is
also a legend of activism and fighting Goliath, while
the Flaccid Four are legends of silence, complicity,
and laziness.) (Oh no? Why then has only ONE
Democrat---CXB---been speaking out for four years
against the "Freedom" Tower and the fake "voting
process" Pataki used to scam gullible reporters?)
(Ditto 20,000 OTHER issues of urgent importance to
taxpayers.)

(And did NONE of you notice the telling fact that
Bloomberg has AVOIDED all debates, while CXB is
unafraid of debating Weiner and the rest of the
"serious" candidates. Why isn’t MIKE demanding he get
to be in all debates, and why isn’t CXB AFRAID to
publicly debate these charlatans on POLICY issues. And
WHY do you think the Flaccid Four don’t want CXB in
the debates? Won’t they look even MORE mayoral once
CXB gets up and starts talking??)

(You already know the answer to this.)

Do you STILL doubt me that the DFNYC is a fraudulent
organization? Their OWN STAR ENDORSEE SAID THEY WERE
ANTI-DEMOCRATIC! (And he said this again when we
called him at home hours before the DFNYC forum!)

But that’s not "news" in any way.

(That’s WHY Stephanie Gaskell got a shoplifting
conviction! She was hoping Tom Cruise would notice her
and marry her and not that Katie Holmes gal!)

(Kirtzman keeps asking his producers if they’ll let
him do some stories on Tom and Katie, b/c POLICY and
MEAT and REAL ISSUES just aren’t interesting to the
"news" media.)

2.
NEW YORK MAG’S CHRIS SMITH GOES CUCKOO!

Did you make the mistake of reading Chris Smith’s
latest VEGTABLE REPORT in New York Magazine, about the
Queen of the Veggies, C. "Not even my supporters or
campaign manager will say I’m more than ‘competent’"
Virginia Fields?

The Headlines and pull quotes are designed to make
Fields seem like the hottest contender (thanks to the
oft-dishonest editors at New York Mag) but Smith’s
piece actually tries to DANCE AROUND the REAL gist of
his article:

SMITH ACKNOWLEDGES that Fields is a LIAR when she
claims she’s an ‘outsider’, and she is a total LIAR
when she claims she cares about people and wants to
help (as proven by her LONG record of indifference as
a politician for her entire life) but he SKIRTS these
points! He knows that ALL audiences find her
irrelevent and like Giffie and Weiner the best. (But
he won’t print these truths.)

VOTERS DO NOT WANT TRITE-AND-TRUE FAILURE, so WHY are
you pretending they do?? (Let’s go out and ask 50
random passersby to see if you are lying.)

Smith’s article basically says "Fields is a pleasant
liar with little intelligence but plenty of grace and
she is not a real candidate by almost any definition
of the term, but if fake polls show that most humans
believe in the Virgin Birth or that the Earth is flat
or that those bitches in Salem were witches, THEN
MAYBE SHE IS A LEGITIMATE CANDIDATE!"

SMITH!

*&$%^&*#@!!!!!!

You know this isn’t honest, and you know this isn’t
intelligent or fair.

Come out with me as I begin campaigning this week, and
just SEE the reaction of voters when I speak. (They
LOVE me!)

(I met with the INDEPENDENCE PARTY yesterday about
seeking their cross endorsement and the 16 members
agreed with almost everything I said [but they know
who butters their bread of course, and it isn’t the
really smart and honest guy without billion$] because
I’m not the fringe candidate you all desperately are
trying to portray me as.)

(REMEMBER: we set a trap for you all, and you proved I
am outrageously brilliant. EX: in 2001, many of you
said you wouldn’t cover me b/c I was THIRD party and I
said you were all blatantly LYING. So THIS time I’m
running as a Democrat to PROVE you totally lied to
everyone… and how good was my prediction? EX: you all
said you won’t cover my campaign b/c I’m a "longshot"
and then you all cover Ognibene and Shaw, proving me a
flawless clairvoyant. EX: you ALL cover Giffie Weiner
100% of the time though 85% of voters in everyone of
your beloved "polls" reject THEM EVERY SINGLE TIME.)
(I guess that’s NOT the definition of "longshot",
right?)

Do any of you people have a conscience?

(That question was rhetorical, b/c I’ve read your
minds 100% of the time perfectly and even you admit
this!)

3.
WEINER ADMITS HE WON’T FIGHT FOR THE LITTLE GUY

At the DFNYC forum the other day, where CXB stood up
and crashed the event at the beginning, warning the
audience that the forum was an ANTI-democratic farce
(and then getting violently assaulted by the Right
Wing organization’s goons b/c CXB is sincerely
committed to fairness and honesty and is fearless),
ANTHONY WEINER spoke and said that all four of the
flaccid four "and even that crazy guy" [CXB] was
better qualified to be mayor than Bloomberg.

BINGO:

You all saw it with your own eyes…

ALL Four of the Flaccid Dems SAY constantly that, as
mayor, THEY’ll defend the little guy, yet THEY ALL
REFUSE TO STICK UP FOR THE LITTLE GUY OR THE
MARGINALIZED---AS CANDIDATES!

FACT:
The ONLY candidate who can even pretend they will
stick up for the little guy is the ONLY candidate who
WALKS THE TALK. (And that’s Norman Siegel.)

If any of the City Hall press corps were honest,
they’d ask the Flaccid Four this obvious question:

"YOU TALK A LOT ABOUT STICKING UP FOR THE LITTLE GUY,
BUT THEN WHY DON’T YOU FIGHT TO GET CXB INTO ALL THE
FORUMS AND DEBATES??"

DUH!

And not ONE of you noticed this SUPER-HYPOCRISY!

If you want to know why your govt has been crooked for
300 years, all you have to do is look in the mirror.

(No---not YOU, Stephanie! Put that mirror down for
chrissake!)

4.
ENTIRE CITY HALL PRESS CORPS ENDORSES CXB FOR HIS
BRILLIANT "100 INNOVATIONS FOR NYC"

They had no other choice.

They KNOW that even Giffie and Fields don’t think
they’re qualified to be mayor.

IF they SINCERELY THOUGHT SO, they’d have run for
mayor in 2001, (as over-qualified CXB did) and 100% of
the press corps KNOWS the ONLY reason Giffie and
Fields are running is b/c they are being FIRED from
their cozy current gigs! (Ask them if they’d be
running for reelection if they weren’t term-limited
out!)

Ditto Ferrer, who is lame by all standards and has a
light-weight platform and is ONLY running b/c he has
nothing better to do!

THIS ELECTION IS BETWEEN WEINER AND BRODEUR--- the
only FRESH VOICES and NEW BLOOD in this election

Weiner and CXB don’t NEED the mayor’s job. Both are
already successful in other ventures and are not being
laid off!

MOST IMPORTANTLY, the Press Corps endorsed CXB b/c he
not only is the smartest, and most honest and most
COMPREHENSIVE of all the candidates, but he’s the
funniest and most charming. (Not in these emails,
however.) (This is WHY Weiner wants CXB barred from
forums. He knows he’s like a twerpy pre-pubescent
version of CXB.)

JOURNALISTS LIKE THE MOST QUOTABLE AND CONTROVERSIAL
CANDIDATE B/C IT MAKES THEIR JOB MORE FUN AND
EXCITING, and the Four Democrats and Bloomberg put
everyone to sleepy sleep.

EX:
ALL Seven Dwarves denounced Lenora Fulani
superficially and were pander-riffic!

CXB’s quote? "Denouncing Israel does not make you an
"anti-semite". PERIOD. And anyone who says it does is
using nazi smear techniques."

ALSO: "Some of my best friends are jewish [wink wink]
and ALL of them criticize the state of Israel too, so
stop with the smear campaigns."

(In fact, I have more jewish friends than maybe all
other races combined!)

BUT THE MEDIA WANTS TO KEEP THIS CAMPAIGN BORING TO
ENSURE BLOOMBERG GETS 4 MORE YEARS.

YET even Bloomberg admits CXB is the genius of the
bunch, since CXB proposed a (smarter) 311 hotline TEN
YEARS before Green and Bloomberg did.

And ONLY ONE candidate in 2001 had "Potty Parity" in
his platform, along with thousand of other INNOVATIONS
that have since become the norm, meaning BY ALL
ACCOUNTS, CXB IS FAR AHEAD OF THE CURVE ON EVERY ISSUE
AND TOPIC, and one quick glance at his "100
INNOVATIONS FOR NYC" and 100% of taxpayers are
instantly swayed. (Just as 100% of journalists who
looked at the 100 INNOVATIONS thought "damn, this guy
is the smartest candidate I’ve EVER seen!")

(This is why the media won’t even MENTION CXB but WILL
tell you what Steve Shaw’s favorite song is! )

(It’s some pussy anthem by Fleetwood Mac!)

(Oops! Whenever I mention Fleetwood Mac, Gaskell
reminisces about all the coke she snorted during
"Rumors"!)

(Put that mirror down, Steph!)

CVFIELDS CAUGHT IN SCANDAL; MIKE EATS FOOT ON WABC

1.
C. VIRGINIA FIELDS CAUGHT IN RACE SCANDAL

I’m looking at C. Virginia Fields new mini-flyer, and
exactly as I said 15 years ago, it is all vague
rhetoric minus ANY specifics, (b/c they only had
enough space for FOUR photos of Fields.) [No wonder so
many of you think these candidates aren’t running to
get their faces in the cameras. They’re running simply
b/c of their great plans, right?]

CHECK THIS OUT:

ON THE BACK is the obligatory photo of the candidate
(Fields) surrounded by a group of New Yorkers, who
just HAPPEN to be multi-cultural.

But if you LOOK CLOSELY, you see… she PHOTOSHOPPED IN
THE TWO ASIANS!

In a perfect world, this would be a big story.

But in NYC, it’s deemed not as interesting as how much
money rich kid Giffie has raised.

Any wonder why NYC is dying?

2.
MIKE EATS FOOT ON WABC RADIO

On this morning’s Gamblin / Bloomberg show ---ironic
that a person who’s never taken a risk in his life is
named "Gamblin"--- MIKE BLOOMBERG spoke about the
Great Lawn / gatherings scandal*.

Defending his policy to keep almost everyone off the
lawn, Lord Bloomberg said "I don’t have the right to
go into your house and scream---that’s not a
constitutional right".

????!!!!

Do you all still doubt me when I said in 2001
repeatedly that Bloomberg has the brains of a tomato?

Yes he’s filthy rich, but so is Celine Dion.

That doesn’t make her qualified to be mayor!

[Helpful Tips for NYPost editors: PUBLIC property and
PRIVATE property are very different things. ONE is
protected for peaceable protests, one is NOT.]

[DUH.]

[*NOTE: when a politician tries to violate federal
law, that’s KIND OF a "scandal".]

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
*

3.
MIKE’S FIRST TV AD IS PURE FALSE ADVERTISING

I accidentally saw it last night and it’s not simply
misleading, it’s PATENTLY FALSE in many ways.

EX:
Mike says he’s a great mayor b/c he "LISTENS TO
PEOPLE"!

It would take a jury 10 seconds to convict him of
false advertising.

(The ad should say he listens… but only to RICH people
who just happen to be Doctoroff’s business partners.)

EX:
Rudy and Koch talk about Bloomberg’s leadership re:
9/11.

Yeah, that’s why even the kiss ass 9/11 Commission and
his own FIRE CHIEFS say he’s going to kill many people
with his incompetent CIMS plan!

Shall I go on?

Now, how many of you will demand SPITZER enforce the
laws on false advertising?

(I predict zero.)

(Must be another "lucky guess"!)

NOTE:

Why do politicians lie so much?

Because you LET THEM.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
*

4.
FRANK LOMBARDI LOSES HIS MANNERS

The sometimes-affable Daily News reporter FRANK
LOMBARDI hung up on me today twice without me getting
to give him some news tips, and this is RUDE behavior
by anyone’s standards.

Frank would probably say that I hurt his feelings when
I proved his plans to keep the War on Drugs churning
were insane.

(Heck, even the mightiest moralists will concede the
"War"---more like a pinata dance with a
blindfold----has failed 100% to stop drugs and drug
use.)

The IRONY, of course, is that FRANK THREW THE FIRST
PUNCH, meaning, by all of our standards, that makes
HIM the BAD GUY.

He insulted me first, when I criticized the War on
Drugs! (He called me not sane!)

You get what you give, Frankie boy!

You can’t throw the first punch and then cry when you
get bitchslapped back, and even your co-workers agree
with me.

(And there are many more First Punches I could write
about, like when you stood there and watched a cop
break federal, state, and city law regarding PUBLIC
ACCESS to PUBLIC BUILDINGS during PUBLIC HOURS and
then you stood by silently as 3 cops kicked the crap
out of me and then perjured themselves in court.)
(Frank heard me yelling for witnesses and he just
walked away. )

[I wonder if he knew Kitty Genovese.]

Frank, I’ve always been nice to you.

Get some class and some manners.

And ferchrissakes, people… STOP KILLING THE MESSENGER.

Sheesh, redux.

5.
DFNYC – DEAN’S DEMOCRACY FOR NYC---DENOUNCES
DEMOCRACY!

IRONY ALERT!
IRONY ALERT!

THIS SUNDAY, the group "Democracy For NYC"--- a Howard
Dean splinter group [reportedly]---is having a FORUM
for the Flaccid Four, in order to force their members
to choose the lesser-of-four-evils to endorse. (They
endorsed Norman Siegel for PA.)

Ironically, they REFUSE to allow their members to even
HEAR from the ONLY outsider in this race, the Howard
Dean / Norman Siegel of the Mayor’s Race, namely me,
Christopher X. Brodeur. (Just as Crain’s denounced
competition and wouldn’t let me debate the Unfantastic
Four! See a pattern yet? It wasn’t just ONE group who
attacked Galileo for challenging their establishment.)

EVEN BETTER: their argument was hilariously phony.

Billy James Cobin, of DFNYC.org, wrote to tell me I
didn’t have ANY experience in the Public or Private
sector!!

He suggested I get some public experience in a smaller
office---like City Council FIRST.

You mean like OUTSIDER Norman Siegel, whom you
heartily endorsed??

Or do you mean like MIKE BLOOMBERG and RUDY GIULIANI,
who were ignored by voters b/c they had never held
elected office before?

(Oh wait, voters DON’T GIVE A DAMN if you have any
PUBLIC sector experience. In fact, all polls show that
voters don’t trust people who work for govt or career
politicians, and if you doubt me ask for proof.)

Every excuse he gave I obliterated.

(THIS is why voters love me and Machine Politics and
journalists hate me.)

He then argued that Norman and Mike had lots of
experience in the PRIVATE sector, which is bizarre.

EVERY LIVING HUMAN has "experience" in the private
sector (!), and saying a civil rights attorney has it
and an investigative reporter / legendary political
activist who knows more about policy and politics than
the Seven Dwarves COMBINED does NOT have it is
ludicrous.

He also cited the fact that I was a census worker as
not being qualification enough to be mayor!!

WHERE DO THESE PEOPLE COME FROM??

That’s not even SLIGHTLY what it says on my website’s
QUALIFICATIONS page, but he LIED and DISTORTED
because… well… there was no other way to leave out the
OUTSIDER from a Howard Dean organization!

He could’ve at least told the simple truth: we don’t
want you in the forum b/c you embarrass the MAIN Dems
(like Giffie Weiner who can’t crack 15%---he’s
a"major" candidate alright!) because they are all
MACHINE ROBOTS and we want to keep this little fact
secret as our group pretends to support REFORM.

Just be HONEST.

WHY is that too much to ask?

If you don’t want me to destroy the Flaccid Four
BECAUSE that might help Bloomberg get reelected, then
SAY SO.

Don’t make up stupid lies to cover up your pact with
the devil!

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
*

6.
CXB HIGHLY ACCLAIMED YET AGAIN by total strangers!

(What are the chances of that?)

I know you think I’m tooting my horn here, but that’s
not true.

I only cite the endless acclaim I get b/c YOU guys all
smear me as some "longshot" (ala Koch, Dinkins,
Pataki, Giuliani, and Bloomberg---whom you all said
could not win their elections against incumbents and
machine career pols).

For the UMPTEENTH time, I’ve been hailed not just as
the best mayoral candidate on either substance or
style…

I got a call from a Russian writer who writes for
Ruskie papers here in NYC about my campaign, but then
he said he’s been following my career for awhile and
he’d like to do a story NOT about the mayor’s race as
well.

HE CALLED ME AN "ICON"!

Then he called me a "Pop icon"!

How often have you heard ANYONE say that about the
Thomas Ognibene?

Exactly.

We ALL know City Hall journalists are trying to
exclude me from the race because I’m the REFORM
candidate. (It’s been this way for 300 years in NYC!
That’s why it’s called a "Broken Record".)

We ALL know the media is lying when they say I don’t
deserve any attention b/c I’m not a major candidate
like Shaw, Ognibene, Weiner, and Miller.

SO WHAT GIVES?

YOUR CITY CANNOT IMPROVE AS LONG AS YOU ALL SUPPORT
MACHINE POLITICS AND CENSOR OUT ANY TALK OF REAL
REFORM.

And if you don’t believe me, then just ask yourself
this ONE QUESTION:

We’ve done it this (censorious) way for the last 100%
of elections and how much did that lower our taxes,
lower our bills, clean up govt corruption, improve
education, improve sanitation, or improve ANYTHING???

When I moved to NYC in 1990 from Boston, this city was
filthy, the MTA sucked, City Hall spent money like a
18 year old girl, my hallway was filled with menus on
the floor, my bikes kept getting stolen, the public
schools were failing, the cost of living was too high…
(Shall I go on?)

… and TODAY?

HOW MUCH HAS CHANGED?

You are the some of the HIGHEST TAXED PEOPLE ON EARTH,
and yet they can’t even clean the subways or end the
homeless mess???

WHAT will it take before you people say "Hey, let’s
try a campaign season based on ISSUES and SOLUTIONS
instead of fundraising and endorsements" ???

THIS is why NYC is dying.

Good luck with your status quo.

(Or maybe Ferrer will save NYC as he did when he was
in the City Council. Right?)

INSIGHT ALERT by CXB

INSIGHT ALERT

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

In this issue:

1.
TRUMP ENDORSES CXB!

2.
CXB WINS YET ANOTHER AWARD

3.
NYC REJECTS FLACCID FOUR (as CXB said 15 years ago!)

4.
HABERMAN ENDORSES CXB (again)

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

1.
TRUMP ENDORSES CXB

Donald Trump announced that the Freedom Tower was a
giant LIE and a load of CRAP and he admired the fact
that only ONE mayoral candidate has been outspoken on
the issue of stopping the bogus Tower and rebuilding
the Twin Towers (with pragmatic and clever plans for
renting it out) SINCE 9/11/01 exactly.

"The OTHER candidates are saying stupid things like
‘let’s put the Jets stadium on a referendum’ but they
aren’t saying that for Ground Zero or any other
controversial govt scam because they’re worthless,
phony candidates---according to me and 100% of voters.
But Christopher X. Brodeur is the ONLY candidate with
the no-nonsense BALLS to speak the truth, and every
taxpayer wants a mayor like CXB---someone who will
FIGHT for the taxpayers against the rich developers
like myself… oops… I forgot that CXB plans on
accountability in real estate developments… uh… I
actually am very scared about CXB becoming mayor b/c
if he cleans up the real estate world, I may lose some
money. Uh… I hereby WITHDRAW my endorsement of CXB.
Sorry about that."

[Melania Trump then winked at CXB and whispered,
"don’t worry: I’ll sneak you a campaign donation, b/c
you’re the ONLY candidate who stands for ANYTHING
other than empty vanity".]

(I dare any of you to look at my SPECIFIC and
failproof plans to rebuild the TWINS and tell me I’m
not the smartest candidate in this race.) (Strike
that. I’m the ONLY smart candidate in this race.)

(NOTE: all of you KNEW the Freedom Tower was a
SCAM---including Pataki’s stalinistic "vote" on the
different plans---but not a ONE of you had the guts to
tell the truth.)

(Any wonder why govt is just as corrupt today as it
was 200 years ago?)

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

2.
CROWD CHEERS CXB AT AWARD CEREMONY DOWNTOWN

Award-winning writer, filmmaker, cartoonist, composer,
etc, Christopher X. Brodeur won YET ANOTHER award for
a short animation he did the other night in Manhattan
(Under a pseudonym as ALL his art is done, b/c he
doesn’t want to capitalize on his famous and legendary
political name / identity---he likes the art to stand
on its own, b/c he’s not a one-dimensional whore like
Bloomberg and friends.)

Strangely enough, when they announced CXB’s
pseudonymous film as winning an award the audience
gave the biggest applause of the evening---despite the
fact that the 3 minute film only aired ONCE in the
film festival and not that many people saw the
brilliant short. (And he won the award under a
pseudonym, so it’s not like the audience was cheering
CXB the Person, even though he is the most
recognizable and distinctive-looking candidate to ever
run for office ever.)

Even stranger, thruout the award ceremony (where 30
films won awards out of 500), when they would announce
other categories, total strangers to CXB in the
audience kept yelling out the name of CXB’s film,
hoping it won more awards! (And CXB’s film was the
ONLY film the audience kept yelling out for. Hmm.) [We
have it all on video if any of you think I’m kidding.]

Even STRANGER: the head of the film festival
approached me afterwards and told me he was at the
N.O.W. debate in 2001, when I was allowed into the
debate with
Green/Ferrer/Vallone/Hevesi/Badillo/Willebrand and
given equal time and he watched in amazement as I
completely destroyed ALL the other candidates on both
policy / substance and charm /style. (The audience
began cheering me within the first ten minutes and
would yell out "let Christopher answer [each question]
FIRST!" (Call N.O.W. if you think I’m exaggerating.)

[Yet ALL of you are trying to keep me out of debates
and forums so they can stay boring, non-commital, and
rhetorical.]

And then, to prove that all City Hall reporters are
deliberately LYING about CXB, a total stranger walked
by outside the award ceremony and yelled "CXB FOR
MAYOR!!"

I bet that happens to Steve Shaw a lot.

Liars.

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

3.
CXB PROVEN CLAIRVOYANT YET AGAIN: NYC says they don’t
want Flaccid Four for Dem nomination---exactly as CXB
said… 15 years ago!

Well, well, well.

Can a single one of you say my "ESP" isn’t incredible?

HOW did I predict in every election over the last 15
years exactly what would happen, if I’m as kooky as
you all feign that I am??

I said to you all last year: VOTERS DO NOT WANT MIKE,
AND THEY DO NOT WANT THE DEMS.

They want a BETTER choice and they want ME.

And you’ve all seen that I was brilliantly spot-on:
the MORE people hear the Flaccid Four and see their
hilarious websites (which make Abe Hirschfeld look
like a "major" candidate too), the more they DISLIKE
them---exactly as I said in 2001, 1997, and even when
I declared my candidacy last year.

Must’ve been a "lucky guess".

(How ELSE could I read the minds of millions of
people? Couldn’t be "obvious" b/c NOT ONE City Hall
journalist got the story correct but me.)

And you ALL STILL continue to throw this shit (ie, the
Seven Dwarves) against the wall, over and over,
praying it will stick.

It WON’T.

So stop lying, b/c you’re only embarassing yourselves
and making me look even more clairvoyant and
genius-like.

REMEMBER: I’m going to use MEDIA as the punching bag
in this election, and so super-liars like Michael Saul
will have to come up with some very good LIE to
explain how he defined Giffie Weiner’s barely-10% poll
numbers as making them "major" candidates. (Ditto
Ognibene and Shaw.)

THE FACTS prove you LIED and you did it deliberately.

Thank you for HELPING my campaign’s argument that we
must stop and clean up MEDIA.

(And thanks to Newsweek for proving me right yet
again.)

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

4.
CLYDE HABERMAN ENDORSES CXB YET AGAIN

In yesterday’s NYTimes, the occasionally-lucid Clyde
Haberman told the truth: NO ONE WANTS THE FLACCID FOUR
DEMOCRATS and NO ONE WANTS FOUR MORE YEARS OF A VACANT
MAYOR and NO ONE WANTS AIRHEADS LIKE OGNIBENE AND
SHAW.

While endorsing CXB, Haberman said "I tried really
hard to convince myself that Christopher was an
annoying prick, but everything he says is completely
true and sharp as a tack and he IS the ONLY candidate
who guarantees ANYTHING he says and he IS the ONLY
candidate whose platform is ALL specifics and we need
MORE candidates like CXB and FEWER candidates like the
startingly vacuous Freddy Bloomberg. CXB puts the
‘candid’ in ‘candidate’. Sorry about that."

When asked by reporter Dave Saltonstall (via a note
passed to him from Coke Whore Stephanie Gaskell, who
was too busy giving Ed Skyler a hand job) about CXB’s
comprehensive plans to make media totally accountable,
Haberman stated "Oh yes… I forgot about that part. Um…
yes… If CXB gets elected----and seeing that 90% of
Voters want him as mayor---uh… he might actually
punish me for thousands of pro-govt LIES I’ve written
over the ages. Uh… I hereby withdraw my endorsement of
CXB. FOUR MORE YEARS of media lies and a "leader" who
is vacationing in the Bahamas!"

* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

RELATIVE EPILOG

I bet some of you think I’m much too arrogant and
nasty to be mayor of NYC!

B/c NYC would NEVER elect a tough-talking, arrogant
candidate, RIGHT??

Sheesh.

You people give humans a bad name.

Your conscience,
Christopher X. Brodeur

100 INNOVATIONS FOR NYC
MayorBrodeur.org

And DON’T FORGET: each day I sit back and relax, more
and more people want me for mayor, b/c NOTHING is
improving in this city, and NONE of the 7 dwarves
promise you ANYTHING if you elect them.

EVERY candidate makes empty promises but ONLY ONE
promises everything he says in a LEGALLY-BINDING
contract, and 100% of voters agree with him that we
can NEVER AGAIN allow politicians to make empty
promises.

Every time the Flaccid Four appear in public, they
campaign for me.

I’m almost like an insurgent in Iraq who sits at home
enjoying dinner with his family while the world’s most
incompetent army simply DRIVES OVER the bombs he’s
planted along the roads.

ALSO:

Note that NOT ONE journalist who claims to dislike me
as said "I think your 100 INNOVATIONS FOR NYC are
stupid!"

Saltonstall and Saul both think my platform is GENIUS.

Podhoretz and Lowry both think my platform is GENIUS.

And ALL of you think my 100 INNOVATIONS easily prove
I’m the most qualified candidate----strike that---the
ONLY qualified candidate for mayor.

OH NO?

Send me an email telling me you looked at my 100
INNOVATIONS and you thought they paled in comparison
with ALL the other candidates COMBINED and I will
include that in the next episode of

INSIGHT ALERT!

Prove me wrong or otherwise you admit I’m right.

WISDOM DIGEST DIGEST by CXB

FRANK LOMBARDI CALLS FOR RETURN OF PROHIBITION!!
Freddy Bloomberg says War on Drugs a success!

WISDOM DIGEST DIGEST

By Christopher X. Brodeur

The Daily News’ Frank Lombardi, an affable fellow and
one of the few journalists in NYC who occasionally
criticizes City Hall, just told me on the phone
moments ago that he thinks the War on Drugs works!

FACT:
Most police murders and injuries over the last 100
years have been due SOLELY to the ILLEGALITY of drugs.

(Frank thinks we should continue this totally failed
practice.)

(This is why I called him: I just saw that the NYPD
cop stabbed last week was stabbed… b/c of Prohibition
2, and I wanted to ask him to give a shit about cops
who think this madness needs to end.)

FACT:
The War On Drugs has armed 90% of teenagers who posess
firearms.

(Frank thought they worked overtime at Burger King to
afford these weapons!)

FACT:
The War on Drugs has not stopped ONE person from doing
drugs.

(Frank told me that ending prohibition will just make
everyone high on drugs!!)

FACT:
Not one person on earth agrees with Frank Lombardi.

EX:
HOW MANY PEOPLE have you met in your life who said
"Man, I’d smoke pot or do Heroin, IF ONLY THEY
LEGALIZED IT, but I won’t touch the stuff now b/c it’s
a crime!"

EXACTLY.

FACT:
ANYONE in America who wants to do ILLEGAL drugs---from
Pot-Lover Mike Bloomberg to all the people who got
hooked on heroin while Giuliani was mayor to all the
people who got hooked on crack while Giuliani was #3
in the Justice Dept (and he was enforcing Zero
Tolerance on drugs!)---CAN DO DRUGS ANYTIME THEY WANT
ALREADY.

(No one told Frank.)

HEY FRANK, if I can take you out and find you pot,
cocaine, heroin, mushrooms, special K, or almost any
other ILLEGAL drug in less than 24 hours, will you
publicly apologize for your shocking ignorance?

(Would Frank’s coworkers PLEASE tell him that people
either want to do drugs or they don’t, and just like
jaywalking, THE LAW IS IRRELEVANT AND IGNORED BY 100%
OF CITIZENS. I’ve tried Cocaine and it didn’t do
anything for me, and I’ve seen lots of friends become
scumbags on it, and that’s why I don’t do coke. SEE,
Frank? Legalizing drugs won’t have more people doing
heroin! DUH!!) (Frank’s a 1950s guy, though, so he
doesn’t really understand.)

FACT:
BY ALL CRITERIA, the War On Drugs has failed to stop
anyone from doing drugs, and instead it inspired
millions of CRIMES, just as Prohibition in the 1930s
did!

(Hey Frank, tell us WHY you think they ended
Prohibition. Could it be that they didn’t like all the
crime it created?)

FACT:
Not a single one of you has seen or read about two
competing liquor store owners shooting at each other
over turf wars.

FACT:
Not a single one of you has NOT seen or read about
coke dealers shooting people (or each other), pot
dealers shooting people (or each other), over turf
wars.

FACT:
Most people Frank knows have done ILLEGAL drugs----but
HOW is that possible if they’re illegal?

(Did everyone fly to indonesia, Frank?)

FACT:
The War On Drugs put millions of armed teens on the
streets, late at night, 365 days a year, to peddle
their wares.

The SECOND we legalize drugs, we put 100% of them out
of business.

FACT:
The War on Drugs has permitted millions of criminals
to make a living while staying off law enforcement
radar.

EX:
ANY criminal released from jail has INCENTIVE to deal
drugs instead of getting a regular day job, (and maybe
this might have SOMETHING to do with the fact that 75%
of criminals released from jail return to crime within
12 months).

(We’ve tried it Frank’s way for 100 years. How’d that
work out?)

EX:
If you are wanted by law enforcement for ANY kind of
crime, you NEVER have to leave the shadows b/c you can
make a great living dealing illegal drugs!

You can move ANYWHERE you want in America, and never
have to use your social security number again, thanks
SOLELY to the totally failed War on Drugs.

(Frank thinks Nicole DuFresne deserved to die at the
hands of a 19 year old armed coke dealer named Rudy
Fleming.)

(Frank thinks that old couple murdered in their
jewelry store by armed teenager drug dealer Chris
Demaio deserved to die and he wants FOUR MORE YEARS of
this!)

FACT:
The War On Drugs not only totally failed in its
mission, it SPENT 4 TRILLION DOLLARS OF YOUR TAX MONEY
WHILE FAILING!

FACT:
We have EARNED billions of dollars in tax revenues
since we re-legalized alcohol.

FACT:
We will earn BILLIONS when we tax pot and the rest.

(My favorite proposal of mine is to have the GOVT sell
it like postage stamps, so we reap 100% of the
profits, unlike alcohol sales.)

FACT:
Only ONE candidate for mayor wants to even DISCUSS how
badly the War on Drugs has failed.

FACT:
100% of NYC journalists think who Freddy and Gifford
HIRED is more important than saving people’s lives,
getting guns off the streets, and ending half the
crime in America!

(None of you will mention the topic. Giuliani
increased low-level pot arrests 4,000%----at massive
expense to taxpayers---and judges would just toss them
out, ACCOMPLISHING NOTHING! Also, YOU are paying
billions to keep non-violent coke and pot dealers and
users in prison!)

(I watched them smoke pot in both Rikers and Central
Booking when "Tough Enforcer Rudy" was boss! That’s
some "law enforcement" "success", right, Frank?)

FACT:
Keeping Drugs ILLEGAL creates the Forbidden Fruit
Factor---ENCOURAGING teens to do drugs!

(Just as European teens aren’t alcoholics like
American teens are, b/c over there, they don’t treat
it as a forbidden fruit---DUH!)

FACT:
Grown adults should be able to do whatever they want,
SO LONG AS IT HURTS NO ONE ELSE.

(Frank thinks the govt should outlaw fried foods b/c
obesity and cholesterol (aka the hilariously
euphemistic "Heart Disease") kill more americans than
all legal and illegal drugs COMBINED!)

FACT:
CXB not only intends to legalize drug USE, he intends
to OUTLAW any drug ABUSE, and this includes alcoholic
husbands whose drinking is having negative impact on
his family.

UNDER FRANK’s beloved current system, it is NOT a
crime for an alcoholic husband to ruin the lives of
his wife and kids, ditto a husband with a gambling
addiction.

MY SANE PLAN, is that anyone can do any drugs or such
they want, but the SECOND it negatively affects
someone else, YOU’VE CROSSED THE LINE, and it doesn’t
matter if we’re talking tobacco or booze or cocaine
and hash.

(EX: my mother smoked 4 packs a day when I was a child
and I had no way to escape the toxins. Parents can
smoke all they want, but NOT in the same airspace as
children.)

FACT:
Frank said I was insane----that it was crazy of me to
talk about ending Prohibition!

Do YOU agree with Frank Lombardi that the War on Drugs
should be continued?

FACT:
There are many REASONS teens turn to drugs in the
first place, and Govern-Media doesn’t have ANY plan to
fix this, but I do.

EX:
We know there is no difference between people killing
their pain with CHOCOLATE or HEROIN or CASUAL SEX.

Most Americans are unhappy with their lives for
thousands of reasons, and so they turn to SUICIDE,
DRUGS, FOOD, CHEAP SEX, and more to KILL THE PAIN.

GOT THAT?

Now, HOW many times has Mike Bloomberg said we need to
DO SOMETHING about the epidemic rate of Suicide in
NYC?

Not once.

Now, how many times has he talked about the
Olympics---one of the most childish events in man’s
history?

Exactly.

HEY FRANK, take a guess why so many 13 year olds are
having sex (and getting pregnant).

Could it be… that they live in a uncaring world (where
journalists spend most of their day rewriting false
govt press releases)?

COULD IT BE THAT THEY’RE TURNING TO ANYTHING, ANYONE
WHO WILL MAKE THEM FEEL A LITTLE BETTER?

Frank Lombardi not only supports cop killers,
disappearing taxdollars, handgun proliferation,
rapists (who elude the law), and more, HE THINKS
TEENAGE GIRLS SHOULD BE GETTING KNOCKED UP!

(SORRY FRANK, but ACTIONS speak louder than rhetoric.)

When I’m mayor, FEWER people will be doing drugs,
because I’m going to address the PROBLEM while Frank
and Freddy Bloomberg pretend to address the SYMPTOM.

Now tell me what C. Virginia Fields’ plan is.

Oh yeah… she has none.

And Dave Saltonstall says THIS is more proof that she
is totally qualified to be mayor and I’m not!

Be careful what you wish for.

I have nothing to gain by running for mayor.

(I’m neglecting all my award-winning art and music.
I’d much rather be back on tour making $100 a day for
30 minutes of work and having 20 year old girls hit on
me.)

I’M RUNNING FOR MAYOR BECAUSE SOMEBODY NEEDS TO RAISE
ISSUES AND TALK ABOUT SOLUTIONS

And there’s only ONE candidate doing that.

Media can keep blacklisting me, b/c all you suckers
are doing is guaranteeing that your taxes, rent,
bills, etc GET HIGHER AND HIGHER.

(The Media still thinks $50 a barrel of oil ----when
they were only $20 a barrel at UnPresident Bush’s
arrival---shows that Bush has "leadership"!)

ALL you people are doing is GUARANTEEING that 8 year
old girls will continue to be stabbed to death.

ALL you people are doing, is GUARANTEEING the murder
of another 10,000 Nicole Dufresnes.

AND NOT ONE OF YOU WANTS TO TALK ISSUES.

(B/c more talk of FUNDRAISING will solve NYC’s
problems, right??)

YOU ALL ARE STUCK WITH THE MTA AND 7 DWARVES WHO
PROMISE TO KEEP IT ESSENTIALLY THE SAME!

I pray I lose this election, so I can go back to music
and art, and stop wasting my time caring about you.

You don’t deserve a mayor who is honest, intelligent,
or accountable.

NOTE: some of you naïve people will think "CXB’s not
in any of the Dem forums---he ain’t got a prayer" but
REMEMBER: the MORE the Flaccid Four speak in public,
the MORE votes I get---b/c audiences EVERYWHERE are
completely unimpressed by all of these empty clowns!

Every day, I sit back and kiss my beautiful
girlfriend, MY OPPONENTS are out there proving they’re
as empty / boring / robotic as I say they are!

Don’t you get it?

I don’t need any union endorsements.

I don’t need to kiss ass.

When the election comes, the ONLY votes I’ll be
getting are from people who want FREE SUBWAYS (100% of
the electorate); SINGLE-PAYER PHONE AND ELECTRICITY
SERVICE [ala the NYPD and FDNY] (100% of the
electorate); anyone who wants to outlaw politicians
lying (100% of the electorate) and a zillion more
INNOVATIONS.

So while you waste your time on these BOGUS forums,
NYC continues to disintegrate, taxes and fees continue
to go higher and Freddy Bloomberg, in fact, CAMPAIGNS
FOR ME each and every day.

The People are fed up.

And only ONE candidate promises to give them
everything they want, from the Death of the Rent
Guidelines Board and lower rent to laws prohibiting
City Hall from irresponsibly spending a CENT of
taxdollars (and I’m going to do it all with a Charter
Revision in my first year!).

Hmm.

I wonder whom voters will choose.

(I’ll be in the Voter Guide---the second name and face
in it---and lots more, so get ready to see how many
voters hate the MTA!)

NYC needs me desperately.

I do not need NYC at all.

Promote Thomas Ognibene at your own peril!

Have a nice day, and good luck with your status quo!

Your conscience,
Christopher

(And take another look at ALL of my opponents’
websites! These clowns are exactly what ALL voters
hate! Vague, Vain (they all have photo galleries but
little specific substance!) and STEREOTYPICAL and yet
you all say "I want a candidate who promises me
NOTHING guaranteed in writing!"
Wow are you people dumb! No wonder you’re the
highest-taxed imbeciles on earth! No wonder Bloomberg
thinks he can rig bids and get away with it. With you
as watchdogs, City Hall can do anything it wants! Even
arrest Colin Moynihan and get away with it!)

GETTING READY TO BEGIN

The mayor's race is heating up. There are a multitude of forums, debates and speaking events that mayoral hopefuls are attending to try to spread their empty ideas. Christopher, who has not been invited to any of the debates or forums - until now - was recently invited to a debate at the Puffin Room. It's an open forum that is open to the public, May 9th at 6:30 pm.

This will be a good opportunity for important people (and his competition) to hear him speak. If you've never heard him speak before, it is quite an impressive sight. He is sharp, entertaining, bright and very opinionated. He's also armed with a secret weapon that none of the other candidates have - actual good ideas.

See Christopher speak at The Puffin Room, May 9th, and decide for yourself.

THE VILLAGER praises CXB

A full page article was written about CXB's campaign in last week's VILLAGER. A writer was in attendance at the press meeting on the steps of city hall, and here's her take on his platform.

NOTE: She misuses the word "slander" in the article, claiming that Christopher slandered Bloomberg and Ferrer. Christopher is an adamant fact-checker, constantly calling city hall's press office to verify information. That's how he got arrested last time - he called city hall's press office to fact-check, which irritated the writers and Bloomberg's spokespeople. They'd call him an idiot, ask if he had anything better to do than check details, and hang up on him. So, he'd call them back. They'd hang up again. So, he'd call them back. 1400 phone calls later, they had him arrested.

Why couldn't they have just answered his questions?

At any rate, we believe she uses the word "slander" here to mean "said challenging things about", because at no point during the press conference did Christopher slander anyone. Christopher doesn't NEED to lie about his opponents. They do all the lying FOR him.
